Working-class families should not be working about food on the table every night - that should be the least of our worries. Meanwhile, so much of this hearty food currently goes to waste, rotting away in landfill. But we can and will change this. Operation Helping Hand is working directly through the Contra Costa community to address these hurdles, engineering a system where this good food goes straight to those in need.
